Greensboro, NC - Baltimore Orioles minor league pitcher Kenny Moreland has signed with MBI Sports Management. The 2008 Division III Pitcher of Year out of Christopher Newport University signed as a free agent with the Orioles in June of the same year. In three seasons with the Orioles, Moreland has played for four of the team’s affiliates, including the Bluefield Orioles, Aberdeen Ironbirds, Delmarva Shorebirds, and Fredrick Keys.

He possesses the skills and work ethic to pitch successfully at a high level for a long time.” Over his first three seasons, Moreland has logged a total of 318.2 innings, yielding only 39 walks during that time. Working almost exclusively as a starter, he has won 25 games during his minor league career.
