BEATTY AND MBI SPORTS TO HOLD A BASEBALL CAMP WHILE GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
CJ Beatty’s Upcoming Baseball Camp Offers a Discount with Canned Food Donations
GREENSBORO, NC— Christian “CJ” Beatty, a 2009 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft Pick for the St. Louis Cardinals Organization, and a client of MBi Sports Management Agency of Greensboro, announces his next Instructional Baseball Camp. This event targets youth aged 7-12 years old, where Beatty will teach technique in batting stance, grip, and balance, swing mechanics, how to improve performance, reduce strikeouts, and most importantly ways to concentrate and build confidence.
In addition to motivating the youth, Beatty is taking the opportunity to give back to a local organization. A discount on the camp is provided for each camper who donates 5 canned goods to Macedonia Family Resource Center’s food bank. This center also operates the Macedonia Baseball League which provides boys and girls ages 9-12 the opportunity to play in an affordable baseball league. Beatty has a passion for baseball and wants to see all children to have an equal opportunity at engaging in the sport regardless of their financial situation. This is the foundation which the Macedonia Baseball League was founded upon, and CJ is delighted to be of service to them. CJ Beatty Shares his Review of Mike Baker and MBi Sports
Im very proud to be a client of MBi Sports. In my opinion, Mike Baker is the world’s greatest agent. He is not in it for the "M.O.N.E.Y." Baker separates himself from the pack by being tangible to his clients. He is always looking for ways to help you ON and OFF the field. This is my first pro season, but Mike helps me to feel confident in my journey to the top. No matter the situation at hand, Baker and his team will always have your back. I recently became involved with a non-profit organization that helps inner-city kids of Atlanta, GA become more involved in baseball. I signed on to be apart way back in my sophomore year of college. As soon as I told Baker about this event, he had my back since day one. What agent do you know of that will be there on his own time to support, not only his agency, but to support me as well? Mike Baker will! My family and I had a tough time picking which agency to go with. Once we narrowed the search down to three, MBi Sports was still on the list. So we began to weigh the pros and cons. CJ Beatty Speaks at Hasty Elementary School
On Thursday, October 29th, CJ Beatty took time out to visit and speak with over 200 Hasty elementary Students. Needless to say the kids were all very excited, but they all listened intently. CJ spoke about the benefits of listening to teachers that want to help make them successful. He talked about the importance of education and practice, both in school and on the sports field. Afterward, CJ stayed for autographs and took time to answer questions.
